This Place is Amazing:my Grandson & I enjoyed looking a the wide variety of toys, some I had never seen in other shops!!
Was very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service. As a customer service employee myself I was shocked by the hostile and rude attitude of the staff member. Will not be going back.
Was very disappointed with the service, very rude when politely asked to return an item, as the reicpt clearly says I could do with in 30 days (it had been 1 day and the item was in perfect condition). I will not be taking my business there again.
Wouldnt let me return an item despite it saying on the receipt that you could. Quite unreasonable.
Buying toys there since my youngest daughter was 1yr old, now 21, the Price's are great and you can have a long layby till Christmas, they owners are outstanding and try there best for everyone .Nothing better then the toy shop
