They could have done better with their service and good fish and chips
Excellent fish and chips!
Have only had their chips and theyre the best weve had around the bay/basin area for ages. However theyre not open until 8pm on a Friday even though their google info says they are, and its summer holidays!
While the food and prices are great we had a pretty bad customer service experience. They didn't have all of the ingredients for the cheese burger but instead of telling us or offering any alternatives they served the burgers as normal. When one of our group asked about it they admitted they didn't have enough onions and pickles (half of the ingredients) but were unable to offer any alternative/refund.
Fish and chips were quite good, if a bit oily. Fish cocktails were great. Salt and pepper squid, not so much. Should probably have avoided that "special".
