Choice Pharmacy is located inside Vincentia Marketplace. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything in particular. I was approached by three different staff members during my time in the store, who all helped me find what I was looking for, and offered advice with my decisions. The shop was both wheelchair friendly and child friendly. If you're in search of friendly, content and sophisticated service, do not look past the choice pharmacy in the local marketplace. I have never encountered such amazing service and staff whom know exactly what they are talking about. Despite the stress evoked by the 'Australia Day' long weekend, these young girls and amazing pharmacists handled the extremely busy atmosphere and roaring heat with diligence. Simply outstanding.
Was in and out within 2 minutes! Such efficiency , they are ALWAYS willing to price match my prescription. The staff are always so guided in their knowledge and have a clear cut system of how things work. I have previously been to this pharmacy three months ago and definitely will be coming back.

Took 40 minutes to do a basic script then charged twice the price of chemist warehouse. Staff very friendly but lacked direction they seem to have a very sloppy system. Had similar experience three months ago. Should of learned then not to go back.
